Recipe for Building Your Marketing Plan! #2

Hosting ResellersSecond article in a series.

Building a marketing plan is like baking a cake, if you don’t have a good recipe more likely than not you will fall flat on your face. So lets look at the recipe for making that perfect cake, or in your case that business plan that will lead you to success.

Why will someone buy your cake? (How can you do better than your competition?)

Thank you

Second article in a series.

Why will someone buy your cake? (How can you do better than your competition?)

Most of you will have competitors for your product or service; in fact 98% of you will be entering into a competition with someone offering a similar product or service. Your recipe for success should include answers to these issues. Can you afford to compete on price and service and still maintain a substantial profit? In the long run you will be better off if you are prepared for competition from the beginning.

What is your competitions product or service. How does it compare:

Do you offer better quality?
Is your price better? (Can you withstand competitive pricing?)
Is your service offering better than the competitions? (What makes it special?)
Do you have a better angle? (Something to make the customer go Hmmm?)
How aggressive are your competitors? (Are their pockets deeper than yours?)
Will the competition respond to you entering the market by cutting prices or bettering their service offering?

Develop Your Plan, Follow Your Plan and PLAN TO SUCCEED!

Thank you,
